SAFETYDIRECT

FUNCTION

When the SafetyDirect function is enabled, the AutoVue

LDW system processor has the ability to collect relevant

driver and vehicle performance data via the LDW system and the J1939 CAN Bus. When a trigger event occurs,

vehicle data and, in some cases, video, is saved in the system for later download via the vehicle telematics system.
